Am I the only one who thinks that 
Rolling in the Deep still sounds really fresh almost 3 years after its release?
To my mind, it is the song of the decade (so far). It's just SO timeless.
I first heard it when it was used here in Finland to promote a TV-series called 
Good Wife. Although only the chorus was played on it, I still liked the song a lot. I really didn't hear the full song until July 2011 when I happened to check out a local albums chart - saw Adele there - and decided to search her on YouTube.
Obviously, RITD was the first search result and when I played it, I was like 

 it's Adele's song!
Then I listened to SLY and SFTTR... Those three songs knocked me out - I got hooked! 

 Prior to that I had been completely oblivious to anything happening in the music industry. It really shocked me to see how popular Adele was/is when I gave a look at the album thread on UKMIX.
Despite being crazy about her, I didn't buy the album 
21 until March this year.
