Probably my favorite album by Cyrus allong with The Time Of Our Lives (although that's just an incredible EP). Her most pop-dance album and I love it, truly understand why that title, and at the end the album is really beautiful, about the lyrics I mean, still showing that sweet Miley side that talks about deep love, relationships, etc.
