I agree, it's so unfortunate that she is practically doomed from the get-go. She has absolute no change at OU, I'd even say UU, but there probably will be an evolution for the good sis, so not all is lost. But the fossils are better than the last 2 Gen's combined.

I don't think the ability will be that good since think about it, what normal type moves could it really take advantage of with that? Maybe Return if it's a physical attacker?

PLEASE have it be RU at least though. I don't want the amazing pokemon to be stuck in the depths of NU of all places

Hyper Beam sucks though

Since the move actually takes two turns, you're better off using Tri-Attack or something (assuming it can learn that).
