No one cares about the Blizzard (i just copied the complete thing) it is more about how Water is warmer than Ice and that it takes long to freeze (while Rock and Ground freeze really fast)

A medium sized Rock would get cracks faster than than tub full water . An Ice Beam could freeze everything that is little. Not even a little Flame could go against that

Lol, Rock is weak to Water because of erosion and a lot of rocks dissolve in water
