I literally cannot remember. I knew there was an issue when "Alejandro" barely did anything after her AI season finale performance or whatever.

Well, for one thing, she comes off very disingenuous/rehearsed with her commentary and people are turned off by that. She needs to stop with her words of the day. (i.e. lucrative) Ain't nobody buying the smart act. People are wising up to the fact that she rushes to include references in her music that she only has rudimentary knowledge of, in an attempt to appear more intelligent than the other pop stars.

She's definitely not saying she doesn't want her singles to be successful, she's saying she's not Rihanna and that she doesn't survive as an artist in the public realm by releasing single after single to stay relevant and is more album oriented....
