I thought this thread applied to more than the GMA performance though? I'm just saying there's a huge difference between now and 2010/2011 when the GP were literally interested in what " crazy stunt GaGa would pull next" whether it be the red carpet or a performance.
It's like people are shading their own faves any time they try to critique Gaga. They only expect the biggest and best results from her, I wonder why

people are reading too into why Applause has underperformed to some, it just isn't a great song in general and it shouldn't have been a lead single. Wrecking ball, Royals, Roar, Etc just seem to be better songs and I don't dislike gaga either so I'm not saying this from a hater stand point, it's not a hard concept to grasp though the GP just didn't seem to interested in it
