The point of this round was to make an introduction, and...that's what you did. Different people went about introducing themselves in different ways, and in that, it shows that people are unique. I had a pretty hard time ranking since there were quite a few entries I wanted to put as #1 ^^;

Anyway, who did we as judges think introduced themselves the best? Well...

1 - ImARudeBoy

It's about making it big in New York city, a dream many aspiring actors, singers, etc. have. This song describes the feelings many go through as they try to survive, let alone thrive, in New York. Brilliant job, IARB. None too surprising coming from last season's host.

We don't have a lot of time on this Earth, but it's what you do with that time that decides immortality. This song is about making your mark on the world and leaving an eternal legacy behind. Well done, Bahjat.

This song, a lot like Bahjat, is about achieving immortality through what you do during your time on Earth. Colorful words and beautiful metaphors throughout the song make this entry one of the best of the first round!

Oh, Harhar. I never actually expected you to play this game. I was hoping you wouldn't since I didn't want to have to judge one of my best friends. I made a commitment to the others, though, so my responsibility as a judge had to come first.

I would keep you here, but our friendship aside, I do think that this was the worst entry of the round. I really am sorry.

To everyone else, challenge will come on Monday (I think you guys will appreciate the couple days off from songwriting, right?)
