That's a terrible practice. "Getting used to the show". Gaga and her team are in charge of making sure everything is ready to go and as perfect as possible no matter where they kick-off.
Also, Gaga may be too hard-working and the body may have its limits, but I'm sure there was a certain of lack of discipline and consistency from everybody involved in the tour that also contributed to Gaga suffering that injury.
I love the BTW Ball, but in every single video I've seen of it, almost everything felt sort of improvised and as if they had put it all together the night before. Funnily enough, one of the only nights I remember Gaga performing at her best was the opening night in Seoul.
