depending on one's experience an immediate assessment can be made within a couple minutes, I don't need to know the motive of the look or aimed demographic to know who it'll attract and what sectors of specific cities it would impact more than others. The numbers would prove that sales would soar based a specific price point that would attract those who live in middle to low class.
I can honestly tell you that you probably wouldn't see these debuted on hangers in bigger stores... Definitely wouldn't see this in, lets say the Hamptons New York, or on 5th ave in Manhattan - more like Overtown Miami, or in 5th Ward in Houston - definitely not The Woodlands or Cinco Ranch Material.
