Yes I can admit that she is inconsistent but since Unproportional, she has been having consistent performances. She's really great when she wants to (see Hackney), hence the inconsistency. But yeah, she has the emotions, she has the distinct voice and she has all the potential in the world (damn the girl is only 25). I also like her the way she is.
