Exactly. On all counts. Telephone video was totally unrelated (part of its brilliance), and the song itself had nothing to do with Paparazzi.
However, if we are guessing the sequel based on lyrical content, Sex Dreams would make the most sense since the Telephone video has strong lesbian undertones
