Yeah, it is possible. Some non-#1 November-December releases (ex. Bruno, Nicki) manage to go #1 in January when sales are very low and there are no big releases and if ARTPOP actually does those 400K which are being predicted (I think estimations are being conservative right now seeing Applause debut) I think she could beat him.
