Which makes complete sense, because the countdown stops at the time Miley did an interview/premiere of WCS on Seacrest, and then the single was available on iTunes right after. They both have the same team behind them, so the release could be similar to We Can't Stop and Ooh La La? Maybe a reach, but it seems plausible.
