Is there any possibility that this can be reopened so I can do a reboot of the game? I canceled it myself and it wasn't affected by the permaban or anything, but I feel like rebooting it and just doing new rounds with the same topics, but nobody will be allowed to sign-up with songs that were previously used.

Yes. You see the little bubble right to "Reply w/Quote"? Click ha on all posts you want to reply to. Then click on Reply w/Quote on the last post you want to multi-quote & u'll get the window.
