RN1814 didn't get nominated for some reason. Idk what A&M may have been thinking with submissions. The fact that "Alright" for nominated for R&B Female Vocal and LWND didn't led me to believe a pack of wild monkeys did the submissions.
Janet has covered an array of topics throughout her career. After some time, you really don't have much to say once you've done so much. Janet writes about what's happening in her life at the moment. That's why this next album better be a damn good album because there is SO much that has happened since Discipline. And her approach to sex is cool because she enjoys it, not trying to get a reaction out of people just because.
And all of her albums don't sound the same. Even after A4U, Damita Jo doesn't sound like 20YO and so on. She's definitely not a one trick pony..but now since she's writing again, I'm sure we'll get something really GOOD.

Really? So Excited and GIOM are hip hoppish..there really wasn't anything remotely hip hop about Damita Jo..it was probably her most rnb sounding album..

Imma tell y'all right now since y'all don't know me. I don't use NARAS. Is it because they snubbed my #1 fave's best album two years ago? Partly. But it's also because it's a pretentious ******** popularity contest.
