A Tribe Called Quest, Mobb Deep, Wu-Tang Clan, OutKast, Kanye West, old Ice Cube, Kendrick Lamar, and Death Grips.
I don't listen to the first 3 groups though, because they're more rap/hip-hop for my taste, but considering the stuff I've heard I definitely think they are better than Eminem. All of these people have better flow, lyrics, production, and style compared to him. You guys are wasting your time with him. His best days (late 90's and early 00's) are over. Everything he has done since The Eminem Show has been WACK. I'm talking about quality, not quantity. I don't give any ****s about charts or sales.

I respect your opinion. However to say EVERYTHING he has done since TES is wack, is pushing it. So you're telling me NOTHING since TES has been good?
Nothing on Encore was good?
Nothing on Relapse was good?
Nothing on Recovery was good?

I forgot to put Beastie Boys on my list. They were the **** late '80s. Also, Illmatic by Nas, Ready to Die by Notorious B.I.G. and All Eyez on Me by 2Pac are better efforts than any of Em's outputs. Notice I say output and not effort since I don't see him really being connected and one with the music like the old days.
He's not bringing hip-hop back. He's bringing nothing back. He just want some quick cash, because he knows the media and the GP are here for him since everybody thinks he is some kind of legend. He's not. Stop.

Yes, ESPECIALLY Recovery. Not here for poppy hip-hop made for mainstream wangsta's and wannabe 50 Cent's. He ****ing featured Rihanna on one of his songs to have a hit and it worked. It even became one of her biggest hits as well! Ten years ago he would ****ing play Rihanna around like a slave on one of his songs i.e. he would diss the **** out of her. Relapse was horrible. He tried it though. Recovery is exactly what he did. He recovered from the flop Relapse was and guess what, his album had a Lil Wayne feature who is next to Justin Bieber the worst artist in popular music history. The Old Em would've never done that.

So...Mockingbird, Just Lose It, Ass Like That, We Made You, Beautiful, Won't Back Down, No Love, Space Bound, etc...are all wack? Interesting.
Personally he subsequent albums following TES weren't perfect but I like some songs on each. Even Recovery. To each his own, I suppose.
