Eminem's 2 primary demographics are hiphop and mainstream top 40. He's not pushed hard to R&B audiences, which hinders his urban airplay. Plus this song is too "beastie" rock inspired. Urban would hesitate to play this even if it was Rick Ross.
I don't think they're going to release the video this week, there isn't any official word on the release date. They would at least announce it a day before release. Maybe they're waiting for next week.
