Now .. I respect ur music taste and I LOVE Charmbracelet , it's my 2nd fav album and some fans r delusional for not realizing the magnificence in it

Fantasy and Honey maybe simply because they were lead singles that debuted at #1 but that's about it

I'd say the Daydream track Fourth of July was based off of is Underneath the Stars.

For Whenever You Call I'd say Forever. They both have the same buildup from whispery chorus to middle voice to belting, and in the bridges they both peak at F5 lol. ABMB and WYC's messages aren't even that similar.

Then maybe Butterfly and I Am Free because of how melisma heavy and difficult they are, but that's a big stretch.

But overall I don't see any valid comparisons except for the interludes and escapade songs tbh

Mariah has always had the tendency to rewrite her songs tho. That's nothing new. MOst of the songs on Butterfly are upgrades of Daydream tracks.

Fourth of July is more analogous to Underneath the Stars with the throwback production, the lyrics, and the whistles.
