I mean I know the general idea of it being used to help Bionic get some greater recognition by buying it on a certain date and introducing new people to the album, and I guess just spreading the news about the possible sabotage by Perez or Gaga or other political forces.

What I want to know is how serious is this movement? Is this like a Marry The Night download day which nobody took seriously or is this something people want to become a true viral moment?

Only mods are able to close, move and erase threads. Also they are the ones that handle reports, they decide whether the post should or shouldn't get warned.
