Walking on Air is generic because it's fun, upbeat and happy? A song that sounds 'dated from the 80s or 90s' is generic? Mess.
Katy could pull a Bjork and still get called generic Did anyone call "Brave" generic? And these are the same people that are saying that "Roar" is generic and then saying that both are the same song.
"Walking On Air" is lyrically generic, but the 90's eurodance vibe to the production makes it distinctive in comparison to other songs out right now. I'm curious as to who produced this. It doesn't sound like Luke, Greg or Diplo.
