Oh and don't compare BP to Motivation. Motivation went top 20 because of SALES with ZEROOOO promo, it had a big impact while BP's success is mainly based on video streams. If ICE was released at the same time as BP, it wouldve went top 40 too but the Billboard rules were different then. Kelly is keeping her momentum with X Factor and planning a re-release. She has something to look forward to. I don't see how Ciara keeps or will keep her momentum alive.

Kelly Rowland went Top 20 because of the BET Awards performance (which is huge promo)...... and in those days digital sales had a bigger impact on the charts.....
With Ciara's sales the week after her BET Awards performance, her being #1 on urban radio for two weeks, she could of easily hit the Top 20 as well. But it's not like she was far away, she hit #22......... You acting like your girl hit Top 10.....
Motivation had A LOT of promotion (A lot of TV promo) and let's not forget that Lil Wayne verse, helped a lot in those sales.
Ciara's Body Party is still going strong in the top 5 on urban radio and on Itunes Top 200 since it's march release, while Kelly's singles are still no where seen nor the radio charts nor on itunes. But keep trying it!
