You stated is a fact and no one is saying that it's her second single, it's just a promo single by the looks of it. Nothing has been confirmed and I wouldn't be too sure about it being a dumb move if it was indeed the 2nd single. Just look at the #'s for Roar , she destroyed her competition, what makes you think she won't do it again?
I'm a huge Britney fan and I don't want that to happen but stop being too cocky, Britney doesn't have the selling power she once used to but she has enough to make some impact on the first week if the single is really good.
