I'm a somewhat-new stan as well haha. Even though since 2011, my life has basically revolved around the legend.
I started as a fan from Bionic. It was like, everything. Soo good, I played it several times a day and never grew tired. I'm someone who normally doesn't "spam" new music, I take my time. But with Bionic, I couldn't resist. I then discovered her GH to get into her oldies. Stripped then grew on me. Ngl, it took quite a while for her other stuff to grow on me. B2B was so different from any pop I heard before, and I hated it at first. Hahha but it's all history, all her albums are special. Even debutina/Xmastina have some bops.
The Voice really helped me like "her," instead of just her music... thus I became a stan and bought all her CD's. I still need to find her Spanish one somewhere.
oops, sorry, rant.
After seeing her perform at the 2008 VMAs I started to look more into her music (I was younger when Stripped came out and such so I never really paid attention to it) and realized I loved her songs and that she was actually really talented. So Bionic was the first era I stanned for her and well let's just say that was a bit of a mess
