Lol no, handpainting films takes a long time. Just because it's b&w and minimalistic doesn't mean the video was cheap, even if it probably costed less than some of her others. But that's somewhat refreshing, and is a throwback to her the fame days. It's just not elaborate like her other music videos... which is what I thought everybody wanted.
