Umbreon is not overrated, it can live up to its standarts (i think i already said this).
It is great Wall and a great annoyer + with Foul Play it can hit pretty hard too

Jolteon has excellent Speed and Sp. Atk. It doesn't rely on some gimmicky move and can just use Volt Switch if you want to switch it for another Pokémon
