The limit on 1s/10s should be proportional to the amount of songs in the rate, though.

The limit idea seems really nice, i think we also should change the max rate to 5 instead of 10.

with 1-10 people can put a song 9 points ahead of other, with 1-5 it would be harder to troll that much.

I like this idea too. I think it's probably a bit easier mentally as well. 1-10 is sort of a huge range but it's easier to visualize 1-5.
