Oh no, don't get me wrong, I'm loving everything that's come out this year so far. What I meant was that a lot of groups and artists seem to be avoiding slaying in the traditional sense in favor of trying something SORT OF new and end up kind of missing the mark. Examples include SNSD (I actually love IGAB btw but I get why people hate it), INFINITE, 2PM, EXO (just Wolf), CL, 2NE1, 4minute, etc. Even out of all these the only song I actually dislike is What's Your Name, but it's like a lot of producers are trying to go halfway somewhere new while retaining half of a group's old sound, and it's not turning out as expected across the board.
EDIT: DYLM really reminds me of So Cool + How Dare You.

i actually missed you too and while i'm sure you've heard this a million times, i really am available for you to talk if you need to. our situations are probably different but i have experienced a large amount of depression in my life and i still struggle with it regularly so maybe i could be of some help.
