Elissa has 2 targets that she failed Lt taking out and all 3 of her MVP votes were told to her by someone else directly and she knew she was being used for it. Andy is a tattletale rat and so is Gina Marie and if either wins ill puke. Jessie is leaving this week and if not then the next.
Judd returning is the only option for an actual shake up. Candice would never be able to reestablish herself, and neither would whichever of Jessie/Spencer/Gina goes. The amount of crying over Judd's eviction shows people genuinely liked him.
