She added Abramovics so that she does not get completely dragged for being fully nude. It also gives her an excuse that "it's art" like gurl BYE. It all goes with the theme of her NEW ALBUM which she said she wanted to incorporate art into her work. She has been naked in ALL of her promo images how can you say it's not connected to the era. Like I said it's to get people talking about her just in time for her album to drop. Gaga always talks about art as it's a part of her gimmick.

She put it on YouTube to show what Marina's work is all about to promo Marina's kickstarter campaign.
and who said that this is 'art'? This is just a method to improve sensory perception and awareness of oneself. This is essentially the preparation for the part.
