It just follows this for basically every familiar:
1st form -> 2nd form -> final form 1 / final form 2
Some final forms cannot be found in the wild and have to be evolved to. And i have the feeling that levelin up a familiar into a form will make it have better stats than just catchin an evolved familiar in the wild and using it form the get go.
Just beware that when u evolve a familiar, it goes back to level 1 and its stats will drop, but the pay off is that their maximum level is higher and when they level up their stats will increase more
It will probably drop in price once PS4 comes out.
