She's now well over some other pop stars like Rihanna (270k) and Katy (304k).
And the slayage has just begun

On Google trends she's also experiencing a continuous increase. I wonder how much her Google searches will blow up once the single is released.

I swear, one week ago they dragged her in SYG because of that, and now she's the most talked about

By the way, if Gaga is doing the iTunes Festival, she won't be announced until August 19th, so they can put ARTPOP up on the iTunes Festival page.
