wait though Kang Seung Yoon's song is awesome. His voice actually sounds appropriate on it & the major to minor chord progression is fantastic.
It has confirmed what I thought all along: YG as a company is musically AWARE enough to at least fake any genre extremely well, despite a lack of foundation in it. That song could have easily been a L'arc~en~ciel or B'z hit from the '90s, which to me means that the composers there at least have a clue about what a pop-rock record is supposed to sound like (i.e. not just a stock pop song with guitar instead of synth).
I swear every time a western act goes on Music Station, half of the industry ends up trying to imitate them for the next six months. Gaga, Taylor, 1D...
