It is, but both the HNIN and Kl era's were sabotaged because of her US tries.
If Nicole would have built on the "succes" of Baby Love WW and would have released another single WW and the album after that, she would have done overall well, just not the US.
During KL if she didn't have done the US XFactor. She could have promoted Wet, TWM and the re-release some more and probably would not have had the radio boycott in the UK.
It;s always the US plans that puts everything out of line. She either should start an era in the US and if a single fails move quickly to a WW basis, or just ignore the US. Since it is obvious not working for her.
