Namie's Free Concert In Central Park


As the sun started to set on Central park and fans, spectators and those curious began crowding in to see rising Japanese artist Namie Amuro perform her free concert. There was an estimated that nearly 600,000 people showed up to the concert all waiting to see what J-pop Queen Namie Amuro was all about. Once the sun settled and the moon began too rise the stage turn dark and a video of namie began playing on the screens around the concert area, it was of namies face, her hair slided back, baring her whole face, the video was in black in white and she began speaking, "Are you ready for the Amuro experience, tonight heaven is you" she ends in a smizing pose


as the set begans flashing various light hues of Blue, White, Pink , red and smoke slowly fill the stage, HEAVEN begins playing and the screens show namies face transition into multiple pictures with a kaleidoscope effect. BAM Namie starts rising from under the stage and the screens show a breaking glass effect on namies current kaleidoscope picture only to reveal a scene from namies HEAVEN MV as she begins singing the openning chorus " Heaven, It's where we are, where we are.
With you is never far, never far" she quickly adds "It's never far with you New York"


as white lights begin flashing behind her. As the beat begins to to build up, Namies Dancers begin to appear on the floor level since she's currently on the lifting stage. she starts telling the crowd to sing along and clap and then beat drops and the lazers begin shooting out the color of green from the ground and namie jumps from the upper stage into her dancers arms and quickly goes into choreo while singing the first verse



The Screens are now playing distorted and kaleidoscope effects on scenes from her Heaven MV.


The Lazers start shooting upward and the upward lazers start shooting downward creating the illusion that the stage is now surrounded by neon bars. The screens start showing videos of the galaxy as namie sings the slow prechoru lying on the floor as the stage lifts again and blue smoke comes from under. The Chorus hits and Video of namie black and white with her hair slit back as she sings begin playing, namie remains laying down singing the chrous and slowy gets up posing slowly and when the beat build ups she starts waving her hands to the crowd. The beat drops again sparklers start lighting up all around the stage on and off as namie does choreo above stage only for fireworks to go off when the prechorus hits. Finishing off Heaven Namie is hooked onto a wire and begins soaring through the crowd slowly singing the last bits of heaven as glitter gets shot into the air and the screens play neon color heartwaves with a space background. She finally lands on stage where her dancers come and rip off her outfit as she belches out "Heaven's with you".



All in all it was a fantastic way to open up her little free concert! Below i'll post the rest of the setlist

The #KrewellaSingleCluesWeek Tweeting Spree Begins!

Revolution Record's first-signed artist Krewella has been through quite a journey over the last few days. First, they revealed their Revolution Records deal. Second, they spill that a lead single will come very soon. And third, they have just come off an interview with Music Choice. But this doesn't mean their record label will let the anticipation fade one bit!

Today, Revolution Records tweeted about a "#KrewellaSingleCluesWeek." Just yesterday when Revolution Records confirmed the signing of Krewella, it was pointed out that their lead single was going to be revealed slowly throughout the week. And we guess this just might be it!

This is what Revolution Records has tweeted about a few hours ago: "#KrewellaSingleCluesWeek: The title of the single is three words long........."
