Recovery sold 700K+ in the US. If he & GaGa went up 1st week, he would likely beat her in my honest opinion. Interscope won't let it happen.

They can't afford to, really. They'd be throwing away too much money for promotion to only get a number two-peaking album.

It's fine the anticipation is killing me as well.
Less than a month to go

I'm sure Gaga won't just serve us a bland, one-note album. Even if there isn't a full-scale ballad, there will at least be some deviations from mainstream pop/dance such as You&I, Speechless etc.

I don't know how far is he done with his album, but he might release it on 2014.

It'd be kind of epic to have two albums debut 600-700K+ in the same week in the US, but it won't happen . Eminem likes GaGa I think and vice versa.

I have a feeling Eminem will drop new music out of nowhere. It's confirmed for this year.
