Okay. The hate primarily came from people who used to be fans of her that were disappointed in what she had become.
This is such an interesting experience because I'm seeing people who said they stopped being her fan (in these Feb. 2012 threads), and these people are the same ones who have started to warm up to her again over the last few months.

This is what I hate. A fanbase as a whole should be able to tell their fave how they really feel. If I was an artist, I would want to know what people's reactions and thoughts were on certain things. BUT I guess that's not how it works when you actually get famous.
