"ARTPOP," Lady Gaga may very well begin her transition into becoming a "singles artist?"

A singles artist, like who? Flo-Rida? Ke$ha? To be that, you often need multiple successful singles, ain't errbody got that on their hands. Ke$ha only has Tik Tok I believe.

People like to criticize "singles artists," but what about "front loaded" artists? Are you
implying that artists like Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, Jay-Z, etc. can only achieve
good first week numbers by front loading? Is that still an achievement?

I think it would be if everĄ oth€r arti$t would be abŁe to do the same, which is not the case. You just listed the biggest sellers (bar Adele, while she is not frontloaded indeed). And yes so that is an achievement on their behalf.

Considering Born This Way has the 2nd biggest tour and 2nd most records sold as her last era, it could be considered 'massive' as well, considering there is no one else who has anything bigger except in albums Adele and in touring Madonna.
It's just that for Gaga, it's not that big because she is so well known for doing so exceptionally good that other gurls just cannot compete, in any way. She is all around the best.

So you say expectations for Lotus were Gaga standard high and it underperformed? Your logic is flawed again. Such a shame.
