Sales aren't everything. Gaga is going to have a bad/flop era every once in a while, and I feel like half of you on here are bandwagoners since all you care about is sales + success. Why can't you be a fan because of the music? It's not like Gaga's career is going to end

I'm nervous about both the single cover and album cover. The promo pic was met with such positive reactions that IDK if she'll be able to top it. Something tells me that it's obviously not the best photo of the bunch and that there are better ones, but IDK, it's perfect.

I am always here for success but that doesnt mean Im part of the bandwagon. Its not like if she flops and Im not her stan. Its just better to be successful dont u think? The more successful, the more viral, the more people will see the light of ARTLORD.

We really shouldn't worry about the album and single cover being able to top the promo pic. As long as it's good in its own right and accessible to people like that promo pic was, it won't matter if it's better than it.

However, I will raise hell if Gaga gives us another dark-schemed album cover. She should at least have to courtesy of upgrading from Microsoft Paint to Photoshop when making her album covers.

It's obviously not going to flop, I'm just warning people that a flop era isn't the end of the world, especially for someone like Gaga who had acclaim, hits and talent to back it up.

Sales talk comes with pop music territory. None of us in here are bandwagoners - I've been living and breathing this woman's work before I knew what Billboard even was, personally - but there's a sort of interest in the immense success of someone like Gaga that makes us desire even more success for her. I don't know about other pop girls, but it's fascinating to observe the cultural phenomenon that is Gaga.

I'm also a charts and statistics junkie now because I find them interesting, so there's that.

Yep. I mean, what I said goes for stars like Britney, too - the sort of cultural even that is Gaga's career only happens once in a decade or so, and when it does it's so cool to observe, even in retrospect.
