Seems like the second single is between the pre-ordering date and the album release date. Also, the videos for the first two singles could be released as well. I think the promo schedule for this album is amazing. No more mistakes. Planning is always better.
I feel the same way. I immediately saw the similarity between TF and TFM covers. She's not giving it all away ("the artist once again is in control..."), but it it still has "transparency", which could be an element of interactivity that's being promoted through the app.
This was a flawless performance, but I think she's going next level with the VMAs one.

Two weeks before. First week is debut sales. Then a drop during the second week, but not a huge drop, because she will be having all kinds of promo lined up. And then the third week contains Black Friday which will give the album a boost so it will stay at least a month or so in the top 10.
