Me either I hear something, but its so faint it's hard to tell if it's her, almost like her vocals were turned down. I've replayed so many times to try to hear her clearly

Yes, the rest is indistinct but at 0:36 you can hear her because the back-up vocal and the main vocal don't line up exactly.

We hear another voice. If we know that she wrote it and no-one else is featured it's pretty obvious that's her voice. But still doesn't sound like her (or anyone), IMO

Pretty sure that's just his voice doubled.
I dunno. Maybe her vocals were added later or they each take a turn singing the chorus separately (like in Stay, for example).

You can't hear Colbie's voice at all sometimes, but it's there in the background. Let's wait the full song to judge.
