Circus, IUSA, Unusual You, Blur are the sure fire amazing songs.
Then you have Out From Under, Kill the Lights, Shattered Glass which are all duds.
Then you have Womanizer, Mmm Papi, Mannequin, Lace & Leather which either get mixed reactions or are fully hated.
Then My Baby.
Basically there are 4 absolutely
bow-worthy songs... on a Britney album. That should never happen, ever. And since it does, at least for me, it's not a good album. Of course opinions differ. Most fans praise the **** out of the bonus tracks, to mask their underlying hate for the regular CD. So those complaining that it's "good" should check themselves out, cause it's obvious.

But I can just hear the rushed-ness of the album. The lack of her major input and sort of just going through the motions of recording it. I saw you say she sounded bored on 'Womanizer'. Well she also sounds bored on 'Out From Under' (lol at them saying "hey cover this song, people think it about Federline!"), 'Kill the Lights' ("hey, just in case they didn't hear the piece of me"), 'Shattered Glass' (probably a kelly clarkson leftover with a new production), 'Mannequin' (though I guess that's the effect of the song, still enjoy it every now and then), etc.
Even on 'Unusual You', WHICH I LOVE, she sounds like she's just singing the song and going high/low at every other moment. The bridge/ending of the sound is anti-climatic as well. It's mostly carried by the production + the chorus.
"Blur" is amazing, though. IDK I feel she's most comfortable with black producers. They try to get the soul and thump. Dr. Luke-type producers just want the royalties. People always trash it and a song like "Why Should I Be Sad?" cause they aren't all preppy and polished. But then complain she doesn't enough raw songs like them, smh.
Ironically, it delivered her two best post-KFed videos ('Circus' & 'IUSA') as well as an amazing tour. She knew the album was boring too since she only performed 3 songs from it on the tour, the singles.
But yeah 'Circus' is the only album from Britney I have a 'whatever' feel to it a lot of times. I also act out about 'Oops!' sometimes too, but that's just because I'm 21 y/o now. I know at 9 years old I ****ing loved it.
Besides those two, her other 5 albums are flaw-free. Including the iconic debut.
