No, they do. Justin Timberlake, Robin Thicke, and a few others like Gwen, and even George Michael in the 80s have had urban hits. Its the artist and what they put out. They won't play Britney well because she's Britney who is a pop artist. No matter how urban she goes she will still be pop. Unless she features Jay on the track its not happening.
