She has the yacht party in NYC on July 4 & SB's birthday party July 7 in NYC, as you said.

So I'm going to assume that she'll fly back to NY on Monday.

After that, who knows. We'll see though.

For all we know, she'll record the album in NYC.

yeah but she seemed so happy to be back at her home in LA a few days ago, from that it seems she does not want to permanently stay in NY, unless she purchases or rents a home.

i think she should own a home in NY and in LA.

She won't purchase a home in NY. She said in an interview that she loves LA too much to ever move away from it, and besides, she just purchased a brand new mansion two months ago, and she has no neighbors.

You won't get that type of serenity in NY.
