I think I might go General Admission but am a bit scared since it'd be my first GA concert and I have no idea what those are like

I can tell you everything you need to know about GA for Bey, at least my experience as it was my first GA experience too.
Queuing is not that bad, especially if you have early entry as you are in a separate queue, people save your spot so you can go to the bathroom and the lady from TurnUpGroup and the venue staff are really helpful.
Hell really begins from the period of getting inside the venue and waiting for the opening act. I think they let us in at 6:30 and Luke James started at 8:00

The pain and cramped-ness was unhealthy, it was hell. But he was really good and he finished at 8:30 and the last half an hour before Bey was not a bad wait.
It gets extremely hot in there but the staff (at least at the O2) where constantly handing out cups of water to the GA crowd in every video interval, it was so helpful and appreciated.
Honestly, it is not that bad and standing really is the place to be, the atmosphere and seeing people singing and hysterically crying and fainting up close is an experience you wont forget lol. And of course being close to queen who is so ridiculously stunning up close it's unreal and making eye contact with her is just
