Here is the list of the 10 bands/duos/groups that almost made it into the top 100! only one or two points were missing
The biggest surprise (I think) is the Russian duet t.A.T.u. who is always loved here on ATRL but this time failed to enter the top 100
Another good surprise is the band from Argentina Soda Stereo who almost made it into the top 100! a great achievement for a Latin American band
