Hmm...like the way Adele released her album and the current #1 album of the year was released in March (20/20 experience)
I want her to release an album in November/December 2013 but I'm not sure that will happen so unless she waits until September 2014 the best two times to release her album are February/march or May 2014
Feb/March she can release a single in December and get huge sales and start out at the top of the year with rising song...good for year end charts.
She can use the Grammy's as a promotional tool (presenting/nominations for features)
Grammy's week (like when she wanted to originally release PF:RR is one of the higher sales weeks and most huge winners don't necessarily surge to #1. SHe can use BMAs and BET awards for 2nd promo.
May/June she can release a single around Grammy's time and can use Billboard Music awards/BET awards as promo
It's going to be smart to release a song during the highest sales quarter of the year if she isn't releasing an album.
that said, it's going to be better for her to tour in the summer as people look forward to summer tours so I'm just using logic about her potential opportunities depending on album release.
King Maxx I understand that you are seething but I'd rather contemplate how her tour would work out versus all of the random non descript information that comes from your keyboard.

She NEEDS to tour in 2014 unless she waits until October-December 2014, there's no reason for her to wait that long.
