the phrasel verb "tie something up". I was looking for some definition of it but I couldn't find one that would fit the context. Is it supposed something like "let's confirm it" or "let's make it for good (so we'll never break up)"?
Ball and Chain is like the ones they use to tie around prisoners ankles? I think people refer to a husband or wife as the ball and chain as they feel imprisoned. Its meant in a joking way, I think. I'm sure someone else will have a better explanation.

Eyarimu... Promotional single does not mean first single from the album. It's like a buzz single. You know kinda like how Taylor releases many promotional/buzz single before releasing her album?
