Compared to the recent tracks that headed straight to the top, WCS (and Miley funs) did a better job holding on in the top 10. It's not plummeting; I swear some of you are just overreacting. It'll post a fairly high first-week figure and will remain a pop track to watch out for the rest of the summer.
