You can always use the PokeGTS. All you do is pick your pokemon, modify it's EVs, IVs, moveset, level, whatever to how you want, change your DS / 3DS's DNS server to the one provided, and go to the global trade station, then it will automatically give it to you there.

The only cost is a japanese name if it's gen 5 games.

And if you can't find the website, you can PM me.

Umm Sableye needs a damn revolution. Those stats are dreadful and the fact that it has no natrual weaknesses. what kind of waste.
