Paulina is just known in like 5 latin american countries, and not in the entire latin latin america, she is not even popular in Argentina for example.
She is not respected by anyone in latin america either, no one in latin america consider her a pop icon or any sh*t like that ... and she is a TERRIBLE SINGER , HER SINGING VOICE IS TERRIBLE , seriously.
for nearly a decade she's been struggling to go -GOLD- in her home country Mexico, and she won't ever perform at the FORO SOL Stadium of her home country, like Britney has done 3 times already.
her biggest ambition and dream has always been to be like "Shakira" in terms of international stardom, she has tried everything, she released a mega flop english album after Shakira released "Laundry Service" hoping to do it like Shakira, it was a mess, and since then she has tried everything, and nothing works.
However, I think she likes Britney, and the comment was missunderstood , She follows Britney on Twitter, and I'm 100% sure she said on an interview in recent years that "Everytime" was one of her favorite songs in general.
